1. NRIC copy for Malaysian employees.
2. Work permit and passport copy for Non-Malaysian employees.
Employee details
1. Employee tax identification and EPF numbers
Previous employment details (if any)
1. Previous employer details within the same year - Company name, address & tax number (if any).
2. Previous employment remuneration details and tax deductions within the same year – total-to-date salaries, commissions and monthly tax deductions.
